I got a Master's Degree in Cognitive Sciences. My research was related to creativity and children. In 2008, I got a Spanish Teacher as a Foreign Language Certification from International House in Mexico City.

My name is Natalia Silva, I am a Certified Spanish Teacher willing to help and do the best for my students. I got this certification at International House Language School at Mexico City and Spanish is my first language, I consider myself a very competitive Spanish teacher for all levels.. I always give a little bit more for your best learning experience.On my lessons, I like to motivate my students, providing useful and relevant language practice. As we advance in our lessons you will gain confidence using Spanish, with a high professional standard I am able to use a variety of instructional strategies and material appropriately. Additional to this preparation as a Spanish Teacher I got a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Cognitive Science. I have been working 15 years with kids, teenagers and adults as counselor and teacher in different topics including Spanish language.. This academic preparation gives me the ability to adapt instruction to take into account differences in students such as age, learning styles, capabilities, and needs. I worked four years with international students from different universities around the world, most of them from USA, France, and Japan, in the Spanish Immersion Program for UDLA Puebla. After this I worked for two American companies as a youth counselor with kids and teenagers in entertaining and learning programs, while we were in South America I was the Spanish Teacher of some on-Spanish speaking partners, I got an award called "best double play" doing two jobs at the same time. I use a lot of didactic material in my lessons (different books including grammar, practice books, games, audios and material to give you some cultural background of Spanish speaking countries) ..Making sure you have the best understanding.
